Today Alexa brought home my first 'made at school' Mother's Day gift. You can't see it well in this picture, but it's a flower pot that she painted and decorated. Inside is a pretty yellow flower and a laminated tulip with her picture on it and a neat little poem on the back. It's so CUTE and I LOVE it! It's one of those milestones that you don't even realize is a milestone until it happens.I decided to share this picture instead of one that you can better see the flower pot because I love how this one turned out. I tweaked it with sepia and soft focus. Has that antique look.

Very cute picture! And so neat that she made you a flowerpot! Will came home with a poem for me...the last two lines were "My mommy makes good macaroni" and "I love her". Ahh...
