The lottery that is. All the things I could do with that much.......
$5 million to St. Jude's Children's Hospital
$15K to local Ronald McDonald House
$10K to local homeless shelter
I'd find one truly needy local family and totally change their lives -house, car, furniture, clothing. Utilities/groceries paid for a year. I'd also pay for one of the adults to go back to school.
Adopt a family every year at Christmas and make it a totally spectacular Christmas.
$30K to local women's shelter
$15K to local fire/rescue team
College funds for my kids.
Fatten up my kids' savings accounts.
Pay off my mom & step dad's house.
Pay off John's dad's house.
Build ourselves a house near where my mom lives (maybe turn it into a family compound if my family wants to sell the houses they have now)
Buy/pay off houses for three friends, SIL and my brother
Invest a ton so I can keep helping the less fortunate
Disperse an undecided amount of cash to each close family member/close friends
I could go on.....maybe I'll add to this as I think of more ways to make a difference.
Ooooh and of course we'd have to get our Cadillac STS, a custom Harley, and a Hummer H2.
